  The Company is the first domestic scientific research unit to obtain Class 1, 2 and 3 pressure vessel manufacturing license, and has been engaged in the research and development, design and manufacturing of special material pressure vessels and energy-efficient equipment for thirty years. It can develop and manufacture the heat exchanger,tower, storage tank, reactor, separator and other pressure vessels and energy-efficient equipment made of titanium alloy, nickel alloy,copper alloy, Monel, Hastelloy alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel and metal composite materials. Product types include high efficiency heat exchanger, large tower, absorption heat pump, power plant condenser and other types. The products are sold well all over China, and have been exported to the United States, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa and other countries and regions. They are widely used in petroleum,chemical industry, energy, electricity, environmental protection and other industries, enjoying a good quality reputation from the boiler and pressure vessel management departments, supervision and inspection agencies and the majority of users.

  Now it has A2 Grade pressure vessel manufacturing license, A2 Grade design license, ASME "U" stamp manufacturing license, and 108 patents.

Pressure Vessel Analysis and Thermodynamic Test Analysis
The rule design of pressure vessel is usually conservative and cannot solve the dynamic condition, fatigue and other problems. The use of finite element method can solve the problems of single structure and conservative strength in rule design of pressure vessel. Combined with the experience and technology in the development of special material products, the Company has the ability to carry out the design and failure analysis of the pressure vessel to achieve safe operation for customers and maximize economic efficiency.
In view of the complex heat exchange conditions in engineering equipment, there is a need to develop and calibrate new heat exchange equipment and evaluate its performance. The comprehensive thermodynamic test bed, which is combined with the Company's proprietary high efficiency heat transfer technology, can meet the "oil - water", "two-phase flow", "steam - water" heat transfer test within 1.5MW, providing basic research support for the energy-efficient equipment.

Heat Exchange and Waste Heat Recovery Integrated System
In view of the trend of project equipment supply in full sets, the Company has integrated the resources from section of energy efficient equipment, section of pipeline safety equipment and section of special material product, and has developed the skid-mounted heat exchange device and waste heat recovery integrated system with special material vessels, pipeline compensation and special material pumps and valves.
Product features: The skid-mounted heat exchange device integrates the pumps and valves, instrument and internal pipes needed for the equipment with compact volume and can be installed quickly. The waste heat recovery integrated system integrates the high efficiency heat exchangers, pump valves, instrument, piping elements, etc., which can carry out waste heat recovery for various heat sources of 150 - 550 ℃.
Product line: skid-mounted heat exchange device, waste heat recovery integrated system. Design temperature: -197 - 550℃, design pressure: -0.1 - 10MPa.

Absorption Heat Pump and Condenser
The northern cities of China mainly adopt plate heat exchangers for central heating, but subject to the requirements of temperature difference in heat transfer, the heating capacity of the entire pipe network is limited. After adding absorption heat pumps and condensers in heating plants and power plants, the heating capacity of pipe network can be increased by more than 50%.
Product features: Absorption heat pumps designed for heating conditions can significantly improve the heating capacity of the pipe network. The heating can achieve 20% to 120% stepless adjustment and can run steadily and efficiently throughout the heating season with a long service life. Together with the use of condenser in the power plant, they can make the efficiency of urban cogeneration system increase by more than 30%.

High Efficiency Heat Exchanger
Aiming at the problems such as low heat transfer efficiency, high resistance and vibration damage of the most heat exchangers in the engineering projects, a variety of efficient heat exchangers have been successfully developed based on multiple means such as test verification and simulation analysis, so as to further enhance the reliability, safety and performance of the heat exchanger.
Product features: With compound efficient heat exchange designs, which can be selected according to the different heat exchange conditions. As compared with the conventional heat exchanger, the weight of the high efficiency heat exchanger is reduced by 5% - 40%, suitable for the conditions with high requirements on volume, weight and investment. At the same time, the reliable operation of the heat exchanger is realized by the design and manufacturing technology of the special material pressure vessel.

Special Material Pressure Vessels
In order to solve the problem of safe and reliable operation of equipment under special corrosion conditions, a variety of special metal pressure vessels have been successfully developed in accordance with the solid material research and application foundation of CSIC Luoyang Ship Material Research Institute, to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the engineering device.
   Product features: Corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance. The Company's metal clad plate pressure vessel meets the requirements of high reliability and low cost of the engineering projects. Titanium-steel clad plate vessel is applicable for corrosion conditions of sea water and acid medium; nickel based alloy vessel is applicable for 500℃ high temperature and high pressure conditions; copper alloy pressure vessel is applicable for high concentration haloid ion conditions; and the duplex stainless steel and super austenitic stainless steel pressure vessels for sulfur environment and stress corrosion environment.
